DC celebrates up-and-coming Milestone talent in new special showcase

DC Comics' new hit, New Talent Showcase: Milestone Project #1, promises to showcase "future stars" in its lineup of creators.

DC Comics has announced a special new talent showcase one-shot to celebrate the milestone program's budding creators. After launching the Milestone program last year to train and support underrepresented creators in comics, DC will quite literally showcase emerging talent in the new publication.

DC released details of New Talent Showcase: The Milestone Initiative #1 and its remaining May call, indicating that this new one-off entry will hit store shelves in May 2023. Across 112 pages, the showcase will showcase the work of writers and artists participating in the Milestone Initiative program at DC Headquarters in May 2022.
