Is There a Trailer for 65?
Since production on the film is said to be complete in early 2021, there is plenty of time for a trailer to be released. Finally, on December 14, 2022, the trailer finally landed and can be watched below.
The trailer exudes a moody, tense atmosphere. Driver appears to be a tech-talking protagonist unsure of his surroundings, and when he discovers the prehistoric danger that awaits him, the score and tempo come into play. The trailer ends with a brilliant jump scare that certainly makes 65 look like one of the most unmissable sci-fi movies of 2023.
When Is the Release Date of 65?
For some reason, the film's release date was changed several times during production and post-production, with many sources often giving conflicting information. In May 2020, it was announced that the film will be released May 13, 2022, but other reports suggest a date in April. Most recently, the date was pushed back significantly to March 10, 2023. Simply put, this is an Adam Driver vs. dinosaurs movie. Get your popcorn ready.
Who's In the Cast of 65?

The film's ambiguous nature feels like it leaves a lot to be desired, however, confidence in the cast should calm those fears. The first and most notable name announced for the film was Adam Driver. After playing Mauricio Gucci in House of Gucci and Jacques LeGris in The Last Duel, Driver's appeal became more prevalent, and his name alone was enough to warrant a project's high ratings. Driver has earned a stellar reputation in Hollywood through his brilliant characterization, which at least lands him in the ensemble. He has Fantastic record in many genres, but this sci-fi style could be new ground for a male lead. This suggested that the script and concept were strong enough for Driver to sign on to the project, indicating that the film had the potential to succeed.
Chloe Coleman (Powder Shake) and Ariana Greenblatt (Love and Monsters) will appear on screen alongside Driver. Not surprisingly, this is the end of the known cast, and we don't even have the character's name yet. Hopefully that will change as we move into 2023 and the release date gets closer.
Who Is Making 65?

For a great actor like Adam Driver to work on a project, we must assume he trusts not only the script, but the people who wrote it. Science fiction can be a daunting genre, but the names involved in 65 suggest its potential success at the box office. As a co-production with Columbia Pictures, Beck Woods, Bron Creative, Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) and Raimi Productions, there are many capable individuals involved in the project. Produced by Sam Raimi (Spider-Man), the film is written and directed by talented newcomers Scott Baker and Brian trees. After a little-known career start, Baker and Woods made many great but relatively unknown short films, and they are now best known for writing A Quiet Place, one of the most successful horror films The story of the past ten years. With so much weight behind their name now, they can pretty much guarantee 65 is safe.
This was amplified when legendary composer Danny Elfman was a factor in the project (along with Men in Black: International composer Chris Bacon), further cementing just how unmissable 65 is. In addition to Beck, Woods and Raimi, other filmmakers who won awards for the film include Zainab Azizi, Jason Cloth, Aaron L. Gilbert, Deborah Liebling, Suraj Maraboyina and Douglas C. Merrifield. Salvatore Totino (Everest) was the cinematographer on the film, Michael Kaplan (Doomsday) the costume design. Despite the lack of information about the film, there's enough we know to look forward to its release, making 65 one of the movies to watch in 2023.
